As a brokerage, The Practical Mortgage Solution has access to DOZENS of lenders. We're able to sift through the options to individually match you with the right lender, mortgage type, most valuable terms, and (often) the most competitive rates.

There is no upfront cost to you, the client. Mortgage brokers receive a commission from the lender if your deal is finalized. In the event special fees apply, these costs must be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Every mortgage application is different, but as a rule of thumb, be sure to have your most recent records of employment, tax returns, and a list of assets & debts. We've included a short checklist on our resources page to help you. Be sure to confirm requirements with your loan officer.
